Become a Trainer
KYWW is recruiting new trainers to assist with updating existing samplers on new practices and procedures as of 2024. These trainers will also help newly recruited samplers learn the ropes of participating!

All trainers will become familiarized with the following basics of participation and will receive related presentation materials and guidance.
Overview of Kentucky Watershed Watch Organization
Completing the Data Form
Conducting Field Chemistry Analysis (pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, conductivity)
Conducting R-Card Method of Bacteriological Assessment
Using the KYWW Data Entry Portal
Additional Trainer training will be offered for:
Habitat Assessment
Biological Assessment (of aquatic macroinvertebrates)
